New Construction
In March 2021, we seized the opportunity to purchase a stunning new-build townhome in the burgeoning city of St. Thomas, Ontario. Our foresight paid off, as we were able to enter the market before it reached its state of high demand. One year later, we were thrilled to learn that the property had doubled in value upon reappraisal.
Victorian 4Plex
In December 2022, we acquired a charming fourplex in St Thomas, Ontario that was originally built in 1900 as a triplex. This property underwent a complete renovation in 2019, and is situated in a highly desirable area. What's more, the purchase generated positive cash flow right from the start.
Triplex Renovation
In April 2023, we made a strategic acquisition by purchasing a triplex that has immense potential for value appreciation. Our renovation plan is focused on enhancing the appeal of each unit to attract a more discerning class of tenants. Once the renovations are complete, we'll conduct an appraisal to determine the increased value of the property, and proceed with a refinancing strategy.
Flip Project
In April 2023, we acquired a charming brick bungalow with the intention of flipping it. Our team plans to implement strategic renovations that will help us maximize profits on this project.
